Intermediate Workshops
In an intermediate workshop, students will explore some of the issues that arise when working with wax such as; scale/working large, working with different formulas of medium as a way of controlling an over-all desired effect, mixing your own paint colors either using basic pre-milled paint or powder pigment etc.
More experimental elements will also be explored such as; incorporation of new materials (plexi, metal, fiber, clay) more advanced underpainting techniques, hand-made stencils, advanced masking, and more.
Students will also have the opportunity to define/develop a current series with feedback and guidance.
